Application and characteristics of stainless steel grille

The stainless steel grille is assembled into a group of rotary grille chains by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates against the water flow direction to salvage the scum floating on the water surface. When the rake chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the grooved wheel and the curved rail, there is a relative self-cleaning movement between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid substances fall by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the sundries stuck on the rake teeth.

1. The stainless steel grille is characterized by that all structural plates are arranged vertically, and the structural members occupy the cross-sectional area of the small tower. This structure effectively avoids the end effect caused by vortex and disturbance when the gas enters the packing layer, and the viscous solid particles from the packing layer accumulate at the bottom of the packing layer and block the packing, improves the service efficiency and anti blocking performance of the packing, and extends the operation cycle and service life.

2. The free section ratio of stainless steel grille is close to or even higher, providing different channels for gas-liquid two-phase, thus avoiding the flow interference between them, and the pressure drop is very small even under high gas and liquid loads.

3. In addition to supporting the packing layer, the stainless steel grille also evenly distributes the gas-liquid two-phase fluid, so as to ensure that the high-efficiency packing plays a higher mass transfer efficiency, and the gas-liquid two-phase fluid flux is large, which is larger than any other type of support plate.

4. The stainless steel grille beam type has good structure and is easy to install and block.

The biggest advantages of stainless steel grille are high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise and good corrosion resistance. It can ensure continuous and stable operation when unattended. It is equipped with mechanical overload safety protection device. In case of equipment failure, the shear pin is cut off, which can avoid equipment overload and damage equipment components.
